1- For the symptomatic treatment of DEPRESSION
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor * This medicine can be taken with or without food, REGARDLESS of meal times. If stomach upset occurs, take with food. * Use this medicine for the full prescribed treatment period. DO NOT skip doses or discontinue unless directed by your doctor. * Do not DISCONTINUE this medicine ABRUPTLY if therapy has lasted more than a few weeks. Consult physician.
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
Keep in original closed container in a dark, cool, and dry place away from children. Discard unneeded medicine.
Unusual tiredness or weakness; Loss of bladder control; Jerkings of face, trunk, or extremities; Difficulty breathing; Narrowing of airway passage.
Vomiting; Urinary frequency; Change in taste; Shakiness; Ringing in ears; Loss of consciousness (fainting); Mouth ulcers; Inflammation of the sinuses; Restlessness; Nasal congestion; Skin rash; Burning pain, tingling, or numbness; Dizziness when getting up; Inflammation of the pharynx; Paralysis of the intestine; Increased sensitivity to sunlight; Numbness or tingling in hands and feet; Irregular heartbeat; Numbness; Nervousness; Urinating at night; Nightmares; Nausea; Myocardial infarction; Menstrual irrigularities; Dilation of the pupil; Liver function tests abnormalities; Itching; Insomnia; Impotence; Hallucinations; Headache; Enlargement of the breasts in males; Inflammation of the tongue; Gas; Involuntary movements of eye, face, limb; Nose bleeding; Swelling of feet or lower legs; Dizziness; Indigestion; Diarrhea; Difficulty swallowing; Skin inflammation; Constipation; Confusion; Cough; Blurred vision; Abnormal blood cell count; Inability to coordinate muscle activity; Anxiety; Jitteriness; Abdominal discomfort or pain; Acne; Increased eye pressure; High blood pressure; Rapid heart rate; Sedation; Difficult urination; Dry mouth; Decreased appetite; Drowsiness; Fever.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE, CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
* This medicine is CONTRAINDICATED for use during pregnancy. CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant. * This medicine may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. DO NOT drive or operate machinery until you become familiar with its effects. * AVOID concurrent use of alcohol or other CNS depressants as it may intensify the drowsiness, dizziness, or lightheadedness effect of this medicine. * Notify physician of any signs suggesting LIVER dysfunction (eg, unusual fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, yellowing of eyes, dark urine). * It is important that your doctor monitor your BLOOD CELL COUNTS at regular intervals. * This medicine may cause increased sensitivity to the sun. You should AVOID prolonged or excessive exposure to direct and/or artificial sunlight. * Because of INTERACTION with other drugs, report the use of any other prescription and nonprescription medicines to your doctor.
This medication may cause some nutrients to be depleted from your body. These nutrients are: VITAMIN B2 ORAL(RIBOFLAVIN); COENZYME Q10.
